for jason hiller
to whom it may concern:  i contracted with jason to repair water damage to the floor and fixtures
of my bathroom. inclusive in these repairs he did a complete remodel upgradeing all features of the
bathroom.  i had 2 other bids before receiving  jason's.  the overall final cost between initial bids
were surprisingly similar however the first two bids contained very little detail.  this made me
uncomfortable as i did not feel i had enough control over what i was paying for or how the final
project would turn out or cost.  jason's bid was itemized with fixtures and labor and throughout
the build process i was able to request upgrades to materials or ask for ''add ons'' and have a good
idea of the cost increase or decrease.
jason did extensive new tile work where none was present before.  he also repaired water damage to
the bathroom floor and adjacent hallway, installed a new hardwood oak floor in these areas, did bathroom plumbing and carpentry in support of installing a much larger bathtub and all new
fixtures including the shower and a new copper sink in the vanity.  
  all of the above tasks were accomplished with skill and care leading to excellent results.
at all times jason took extra time and care to reduce the impact to my ability to live in my house
during the construction.  the work and surrounding areas were left clean and organized after every 
work day.  i am happy to recommend jason hiller for any work he may offer a bid on.

there is not enough space here for me to give the glowing review that jason hiller deserves.  he did
a great job and i would hire him again without reservation.  he is honest, accurate and does exactly as he promises. this was a complete bathroom remodel not just a tile project.  it involved doors, walls,
flooring, plumbing, and tile work.  the work was outstanding in every respect.  dont call angies list,
call jason hiller if you want the very best!!!!

In the spring of 2016, Jason Hiller renovated and retiled a large bathroom in our Samish Island home. This was a big task as it involved him removing all of the slate, not only in the shower but the floor as well. It was necessary for Jason to reconfigure the pan as the shower was not draining properly. His design work and execution were flawless. He created a beautiful draining soap holder from a piece of quartz. He also seamlessly connected the tile with the surrounding bathroom sink tile and wood frame. Each day Jason meticulously cleaned up his work area. He completed his work in the time schedule he promised and for a price less than he had estimated. I feel confident in recommending Jason based on the work he did for us. I also visited a home he was working on south of Mt. Vernon. The intricacy of his inlaid fossils in a shower surround reflect a real artistic talent. Jason was a delight to work with and his finished product reflected his attention to detail, his commitment to quality, and his overall artistic sensibilities.
